Im so disgusted with both men and women having this picture in their head of what a “good body” looks like. Everyone is born in a different shape, in a different size. Why cant we just be comfortable with who we are? So many people hurt them selves both physically and emotionally with this mentality. Love who you are, love your body. Its beautiful matter if is an extra small or a tripple XL. Thats how you were ment to be- and you should love it.
